Postpartum Planning & Prep is designed to meet you where you are. 

Choose a one on one planning session to create your postpartum  plan, or take it a step further and add in hands-on preparation in your home. 

Both options are available as standalone services or as add-ons to your postpartum support package. 

If you choose the Desert Dove Signature Package, your complete Postpartum Planning & Prep experience is included at no additional cost. 

What we will plan together:

Your Postpartum Vision

• Your priorities for rest and recovery, feeding (yourself and your new baby) , newborn care, time with your partner and any other older siblings, sleep & nighttime routines, emotional support, personal space and quiet time, and more.

Your Support Circle

• This is one of the most important parts of postpartum preparation...knowing who is actually going to help you.  

We'll turn "Let me know if you need anything!" into an actual support plan

Your Postpartum Boundaries 

• You are allowed to decide what your postpartum experience looks like. We'll talk through the boundaries that are important to you and help you create a plan for communicating them clearly and kindly. 

Preparing Your Home 

Once we know what you'd like your postpartum season to look like, I will help your home support that vision by helping create and bring to life a functional postpartum home. 

• Postpartum Recovery Spaces (mom's recovery, feeding, diapering, hydration and snacks, baby care, nighttime needs, etc.) 

• Kitchen & Meal Preparation 

Preparing Your Partner & Family 

Everyone should know their role before it's "go-time". 

• We'll talk through how your partner and family and friends can help create a peaceful postpartum environment and experience both physically & emotionally

At the end of our session, you'll have a clearer picture of:
